Problem is still present. Happened when running ClamAV, that took up a lot of memory so that's one thing to change but I had the same setup in 19.04. Can also appear in FireFox (70.0.1, used a lot) when using Twitter. Perhaps a js running away? Will take a closer look in the console next time. I
