Public bug reported: After updating the system, rebooted and this error appeared. Fixed a problem related to /boot/grub/grubenv - "Error in environment" and grub-common.service by providing absolute path to grub-editenv. /boot/grub/grubenv was full of 0x0, rather than 0x2323 as it has now.
