It seems still an issue if a user installed Focal by 20.04.1 before then
he buy and then plug-in a new Nvidia card to his PC then install nvidia
driver. The user will still get this error.
The version(2.0.4) of fixed apt not in focal-security, so user not
updated apt manually will still get the

refer to versioning rule of libtool[1], there are some versioning changes added.
And this version is the candidate to be took into oem image.
The candidate binary packages could also be found in this ppa[1]

Thanks for your review, there are some reasons to take the bumping version
patch.
1. to verify which patches in libqmi is needed , it need a known worked
modemmanager and libmbim (yakkety version) help, and there are version
check both in configure and build dependency.
2. looks
just compared the source code of the package from maintainer's ppa[1]
and the same version from Zesty, all source code are the same and just a
bit change from control and rule files under debian folder.
