[Touch-packages] [Bug 1930138] [NEW] When i use super+left arrow key, my desktop items flash.

Public bug reported: I can have like 10 windows open, each one being fullscreen, but when i use super+left, the trash bin (and other items on my desktop) flashes through all the layers and appears on the top layer. Please see attached video, it demonstrates the glitch. Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
