For anyone, who cannot/doesn't want to wait month or two more, I did a
quick backport of the 4.0 driver for 3.16 kernel
(https://github.com/andree182/psmouse-dkms-alpsv7 , just call
install.sh). Both trackpoint and touchpad appears to work fine.
Hopefully this will work out of box later even with

When a volume is improperly unmounted, fsck.jfs needs to be called
before mount - even just to replay journal, it seems.
Even worse, after last few shutdowns (normal=clean ones, from what I can
