Thanks Mr Daniel, I see the different files of PulseAudio, it's possible on the upgrading weren't downloaded all the packages files, because I get the latest version of the files and they are less than the previous version. One CLEAN installation of an ISO images will correct the problem.

Public bug reported: After upgrading to 20.04 from 18.04, I cannot hear anything, music and videos. In Settings/Sound "System Volume" and "Volume Levels" are OK, I can decrease and increase the volume, but I don't hear anything. Only "Input Volume" has the Speaker icon a cross, but I can
