Public bug reported: Sound playback is unstable on my Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS running on Virtual Box (host machine iMac MK462). The easiest way to reproduce (at least for me): start Firefox, play something on Youtube, close Firefox, restart Firefox, no sound for videos (or VLC player or aplay).
