Change /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-output-headphones.conf
from:
[Jack Front Headphone]
required-any = any
[Jack Headphone]
required-any = any
to :
# [Jack Front Headphone]

I experienced this bug too. #2 fixes the problem but also removes
plasma-pa. When plasma-pa is reinstalled it breaks pulseaudio again.
