Can anyone tell me when it will be fixed? Or what is the alternative? It is really annoying strange sound.

Has some strange disturbance in sound. If I issue "pulseausio -k; pulseaudio --start" the sound is correct but when another startup problem is come back. Reinstalling pulseaudio and alsa does not help. Actually my pulseaudio version is 1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.11. I try under ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and 21.04 but it is the same bug.
