[Touch-packages] [Bug 1751727] [NEW] package dbus 1.12.2-1ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: triggers looping, abandoned

Public bug reported: The package simply did not install. After a fresh 18.04 install, the Updater was run. Got message a package was not installed. No looping. I pressed OK, restarted 18.04 as directed and the System Error dialog came up. This is the result. ProblemType: Package
