GCC 4.9 and newer versinos (and 4.8 patched for Ubuntu) pass the -fuse-
ld option to the linker. gold in precise errors out with
/usr/bin/ld.gold: fatal error: -f/--auxiliary may not be used without -shared
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Let gold understand (and
all packages built, wheel was promoted to main for trusty, python-
scripttest isn't really needed and python-pip was patched to build with
the version in trusty.
