[Touch-packages] [Bug 1542991] [NEW] Error after adding mobile broadband connection to network manager

Public bug reported: I am running Ubuntu MATE 16.04 x64 Alpha 2. In network manager, I added a new mobile broadband connection ("Bob" in "Austria") after successfully unlocking the SIM card of the modem using modem-manager. After the last step in the wizard an error message is being displayed:

Public bug reported: I am using Ubuntu MATE 16.04 x64. I did a fresh install, but nevertheless, lightdm seems to be unconfigured/broken. After every attempt to install software using apt-get, the following error is being displayed: Setting up lightdm (1.17.5-0ubuntu2) ... insserv: Service dbus
