v0.4.0 cmake does not create and install a pkgconfig/libglog.pc file

current master generates the pkgconfig file since commit

  CMake configuration files are missing

Status in google-glog package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The CMake configuration files are only generated if CMake is used when 
building this package instead of autotools (see [1]).
  I think it would be really nice if the ubunu package would include the cmake 
configure files in /lib/cmake/glog/ either by maually adding them or by 
switching the package build to CMake.
