Ubuntu 20.10 won't display 4K at 60hz on Raspberry Pi 4. Workaround of
editing the config.txt file does not seem to work. Hardware combination
is capable of 4K at 60hz as everything works perfectly fine with
Raspberry PI OS 64-bit.
