Public bug reported: Can't install libmircookie via apt or dawnload from https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libmircookie-dev. Every link to libmircookie package at http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mir/ seems to be broken. Its wrong filename at server: libmircoieok instead
