It doesn't happen if i do not receive the call, but when i finished
talking to the caller and disconnect the call it happens.

I'm using nexus 4. After installing OTA 9 my phone rebooted for
installation but after successful installation. It just keeps on a a
reboot loop shows ubuntu dotted booting logo then reboots again. So,
I've to use volume up + power button to turn on and from the recovery
menu i did 'wipe cache'.
Thanks but why is it so hard to fix it. Any way my nothing I can do except
waiting.

Devnagari is also the nepali script. But if it is already installed then
why wouldn't it display nepali unicode texts. fonts-lohit-deva description
does say it for devnagari which neans nepali also. But i am not sure. If
mangal is used then its 100% solved.
