I didn't see the problem in kubuntu 23.04 either. Bit of experimentation
last night and I see that the audio usually sorts itself out after you

I also observed this issue on my laptop with 20.04.
I created a patched version in this PPA[1] and it seems the issue is resolved
with the patch mentioned in comment #5.
If anyone can confirm the patched version does help, I'll submit the patch for
SRU.

FYI, if a user has a 22.04 install where they have explicitly removed
snapd/firefox this will add them back. Not sure if this was a
consideration in the fix/testing.

After upgrade from 22.10 to 23.04, adding network printer to cups does
not work until disabling avahi-daemon
Network printer is detected, the name can be entered, but instead of the driver
list an error message that the driver list cannot be loaded appears. The cups

including calculator to confirm they were still working (i.e. looking
for regressions).

My system is an ASUS A88XM-A with AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7. Video and audio
output are via HDMI.
As soon as I installed the latest update to Ubuntu MATE 22.04 the audio
broke. When I went to the control center, the entry for HDMI audio
wasn't there.
Apparently, the coder assumed everybody was using

Could you add some clarifying output in the postinst around pypy3compile

I have several Dell Laptops model Precision 5520. Ubuntu LTS 20.04.2
seems to run fine without issues. After do a software update which
appears to update to LTS 20.04.3, the laptops no longer boot properly. I
end up at a black screen with an underscore cursor blinking at the
(Ubuntu)

libqt5svg5 affected by CVE-2021-38593

Adding on to this to say we're experiencing this issue on all Ubuntu
18.04 systems and we're also running xfs for a filesystem. It seems to
be related to /var/lib/lxcfs on all of those systems. When we exclude
/var/lib/lxcfs from du, it completes without core dumping.
root@system:/var# du
I tested this in a VM with a freshly installed Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop.
Following the steps in the description with released version
5.12.8+dfsg-0ubuntu1 freezes the entire VM.
After upgrading all the Qt packages to 5.12.8+dfsg-0ubuntu2 from
proposed repo, the test program finishes immediately as
