Upon automatically re-running dpkg --configure -a, the system was able
to sucessfully update. A selection of warnings from the screen (running
in `screen`, so I missed quite a few)
W: /usr/share/ca-certificates/mozilla/Comodo_Secure_Services_root.crt not
found, but listed in
Public bug reported:
This was returned when the update failed. It is possible LXD messed it
up (since its already running in a container).
