The fedora users mentioned that there seems to be an issue with the ABI of the
gmmlib and/or that a recompile of the package fixed their issue. And I can
confirm the solution.
I recompiled both intel-media-driver and intel-gmmlib and the issue resolved

On 15.04 beta I can't change any settings with software-properties-gtk using
the LXDE gui (ie switch off daily update search)
It seems root rights are not applied correctly.
Using sudo /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/software-properties-gtk works

I was also affected by this bug. Installing the proposed packages fixed
this issue on my system.
