I have attempted every possible fix that I could find online, but Pulseaudio
and Ubuntu Sound Settings fails to set 7.1 surround sound audio when it's
selected. I have my 7.1 surround sound system connected through ARC connection
on my television. While Windows and other

@ Tim Lunn, I typically turn off screen lock and set blank screen to
never before beginning my upgrade tests but I suppose this time I should
leave screen lock on and just increase blank screen to 30 minutes or so.
Then if things seem even remotely buggy I'll compare the results between
Ubuntu and

Why incomplete? Based on the original bug filing and Martin Pitt's
follow up in comment #2 the problem is (or was) dmsetup and
libdevmapper depending on each other. Has that dependency issue been
addressed? I'm not complaining, just curious.

actually responsible for the "media already mounted" warning because if
you open dconf-editor and go to "org/gnome/desktop/media-handling" (or

totally different sets of hardware.
