With fully charged battery my percentage is 60%, but if I use two
alkaline batteries i've got a 100% indicator: is there a way to inform
daemon upower that I'm using a rechargeable batteries and that full
level is lower than alkaline?

I just performed an upgrade to Uuntu 15.04 and started seeing this
issue with my bluetooth mouse HP Touch To Pair Mouse and my HP 850G1
