We had an upgrade last week and everything is ok now; on BQ Aquaris 4.5 i now
have a link to choose phone-ring file.
Not the same for ringtones but... what ever...

Well i think it's not bad at all to make changes "handly". Personally, i'm
satisfied with "linux' way of use" and could expect to get something like that
on an Ubuntu phone.
