This feature is something that could be useful on desktop where the
installed application are harder to find. But on phone we have an apps
feed in dash from where all the installed apps can fairly easily be
found. So this is not needed for phone. We can reconsider this later
when designing for
Actually this does not agree with the new rationalisation of the
Launcher (the Launcher will only contains apps the user has placed there
themselves).
Therefore I would suggest we drop this totally.
