Sounds like a problem in the QtNetwork bearer plugin you're using. I'd
guess that would be networkmanager
(qtbase/src/plugins/bearer/networkmanager/), but I'm not sure if that's
correct.
P.S. (re comment #6): Bearer plugins, while platform specific, are not
related to QPA. QPA is strictly for
if the scopes are confined then we need to change the QPA plugin to use
connectivity-service instead of NM to get the networking status changes.
