  Second SIM PIN "inherits" status from the first one

Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Steps:
  * have two PIN-locked SIMs
  * boot the phone
  * type in an invalid PIN for the first SIM
  * type in the valid PIN for the first SIM

  Expected:
  * fresh PIN dialog for the second SIM is shown

  Current:
  * the second PIN dialog says "PIN incorrect"
