And I can't writte an file.cfg somewhere to connect my account to
friends app ?
It don't have an option to connect without accounts system ? Have it a
wa to connect it ?

Friends (apart of being deprecated because of some Unsolvable™ technical
issues) was never compatible with GNOME's Online accounts system. You
would have to add an account by using Unity's equivalent panel.
