[screenshot] not possible to trigger screenshot during the set up
  wizard

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Triaged
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu RTM:
  New

Bug description:
  Krillin r183

This bug is somewhat related to this one https://bugs.launchpad.net
  /ubuntu-ux/+bug/1369644

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. The device needs a clean install/wipe
  2. On the first screen of the set up wizard try to press "volume-up" +
"volume-down" at the same time

  Actual behaviour:
  Nothing

  Expected behaviour:
A screen shot should be taken of the view without any obstruction to the
user, e.g. volume notification. See this bug for more info:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1390393
Overall, it should be possible to take screenshots anywhere in the UI,
including the setup wizard and edge tutorial.
