I can't reproduce this on krillin, rtm image #234.
Some questions, to try to reproduce it:
* is this happening with all apps, or just with some?
* in step 2) do you wait until the app is finished installing (and the progress
bar is replaced with the Uninstall and Open buttons), or do you press
