* Move the previously tweaked volume config changes from the rules file
to a patch. We are no longer tweaking settings based on architecture,
so such config
JFTR, Luke has already uploaded a fix for this, but it's waiting in
vivid-proposed, probably since we're in Beta 1 freeze in which case it
should be in vivid on Friday.

Yes, flat volumes = yes is a terrible default. It frequently causes
sound to blow out my ear drums. Flat volumes = no was the previous
behavior in Ubuntu and should remain as the default to protect people's
hearing IMHO.
