Don't know if this is the correct place to post this as this seems to be released and fixed, but I experience this on the current Ubuntu 16.04 running as a VM in VMware Workstation 10. Every time I shut down, it hangs with the message "[OK] Stopped target Netwwork is Online." Then it takes abut 10
