That error should have been introduced by this upgrade:

Looks like it was a transitional issue: that error is no more logged into
journalctl.
Maybe that report can be set as 'invalid'

Today i've booted with the new kernel 4.2.0-4.4 (canonical kernel team) and
journalctl has logged that error again.
