Nah, we just had a temporary hick up with the ~beta3.1 thing, which
should have been ~beta4.

I think the duplicate status is wrong.
I did a sudo apt-get install -t wily python-apt to get 1.0.0~beta3.1ubuntu1
which is the version which is supposed to fix the problem.
However, pip freeze still
