The bug is in the image provider which is not setting the exif metadata
correctly. This was fixed in ubuntu-ui-extras, which camera-app is
already using. Gallery app has been modified to use this version as
well.

Sending rotated picture
The picture received from content-hub is correctly rotated. I believe
some component in messaging app is not respecting the Orientation exif
property.

please verify if the picture we are getting from camera is properly rotated and
if so make sure we're maintaining the rotation after scaling the photo.
Otherwise open a camera-app task if the photo is not being provided correctly
via content-hub from the camera-app
