This appears to be a conflict between network-manager's integration with dnsmasq-base, and the dnsmasq package. If there isn't a specific reason for the dnsmasq package to be installed on your system, the straightforward workaround is to remove dnsmasq with 'apt purge dnsmasq'. ** Changed in: res
