It is possible.
As far as I know, no steps are taken to systematically prevent redundant
result pushing either in agg scopes or child scopes. (Although it
probably is not common.)

I've found a case where dash is guaranteed to crash if scope pushes at least 2
results with same content (uri, icon, title... all attributes are the same).
I'm working on a fix for such case in

So, several times this failure has occurred when tapping on a Unity
icon:

Yes, the phone is still freezing and restarts really
often ( about 3-5 times per day)
it happens especially when you awake
it from stby:
1- swipe the main screen,
2- tap the unlock code (4
figures mode)
