Olaf, with the linked branch there will be a gsettings option for the width. I don't think we will be adding a ui for that in the settings app, but if a user really wants to, he can change it via command line. Also this might be a candidate for tweak tools as seen in the OpenStore. -- You

I would even say that the edge width needs to be configurable by the user. Personally I use a cover for my Meizu mx4 and the edges of the cover gets in the way when i swipe. It especially affects the gesture for the launcher and for swiping to the home screen, which I perform successfully about
