Public bug reported:

Currently when navigating to a bookmark in webbrowser-app, a new tab is
always opened when clicking an existing bookmark.

This creates unnecessary open tabs when the user really just wants to
navigate to another page. A good default could be to open the bookmark
in the current tab, but allow user to open in another tab via a context
menu.

** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
