the gnome system updater keeps popping up.(im in light DE)

ok. fine. dandy. lemme know.

problem is its sucking updates with telling me and telling me to reboot.
This is NOT set. I want to be notified instead.

I usually update w synaptic often enough so this is not an issue.

this should respect my setting.
