Public bug reported:

I have Ubuntu Studio 14.04. I used software updater to update. I then
got a box asking me to replace /etc/sudoers. There was an expandable
called "changes", which I clicked on. This revealed an _empty_ text
area.

Just in case, I backed up my sudoers file. Then I went ahead and allowed
the replace of this file.

Now it turns out there were changes. My custom setting was removed:
Defaults timestamp_timeout=0

Also, the path line was updated with an added /snap/bin.

It shouldn't show no changes when there are changes. I'm not sure if
this is a problem with the sudo package or the updater.

** Affects: sudo (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
