I had the same problem using the varnishncsa service: systemd[30274]: varnishncsa.service: Failed at step NETWORK spawning /usr/bin/varnishncsa: Permission denied Overriding PrivateNetwork to be false seems to work as a workoround. ** Also affects: varnish (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided
