ubuntu 17.04 unity 8
[unity8] minimized apps are not restored if clicking on the apps name from the 
launcher menu

launch random app, minimize it, right click on the app icon in the
launcher to open the launcher menu and click on the app name to restore
it (see screenshot). nothing happens. in unity7 it does restore the app
