Considering I just supported another colleague who faced this bug, let me mention that the problem is still present (in 20.04). Simplest example: $ sudo apt install libcurl4-gnutls-dev# Or some other variant … $ curl-config --static-libs /usr/bin/curl-config: 1: krb5-config: not found …
