Just had this happen again with a systemd-journald system problem error
report.

Not much to go off of in the apport log

Was your /tmp filesystem full at the time of the problem maybe?
Marking invalid for chromium-browser, as it's unlikely it's a problem in
chromium itself (besides the actual crash that you were trying to
report, but without an actual core dump we can't do anything about that
one, unfortunately).
The log file /var/log/apport.log might be helpful in sorting out why an
incomplete core was written. Could you please add it as an attachment?
