Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023.

This bug report has been filed against the 'vim' package but according
to the bug description vim is not installed so I'm closing this as
'Invalid'.

If the reported problem is still an issue while using a currently
supported release of Ubuntu then please create a new bug report fully
describing the bug that you are seeing and confirm the application that
is being used.
