I narrowed down the problem I believe. I opened a sine wave audio file
from 0hz to 20khz and clicking gets louder when frequency gets higher.
It is not audible below 600hz, and strongest at 20khz. Btw clicking
speed is not changing.

** Summary changed:

- [DICE - FW610, playback] Rhythmic Clicking sound after upgrading from 19.10
to 20.04
+ [DICE - FW610, playback] Rhythmic Clicking sound when playing audio, like
sync issue on 20.04

** Description changed:

- After upgrading to 20.04, when audio source output is above average,
- there are rhythmic clicking sounds. The audio quailty is also bad
- compared to 19.10 and there are random low hissing and noises.
+ When audio source output is above average, there are rhythmic clicking
+ sounds. The audio quailty is also not as good as on Windows and there
+ are random low hissing and noises.
+
+ When I open a sine wave audio file from 0hz to 20khz and clicking gets
+ louder when frequency gets higher. It is not audible below 600hz, and
+ strongest at 20khz. Btw clicking speed is not changing.
