I would purpose the following aliases as defaults for Hirsute:

alias df="df -x squashfs"
alias mount="mount -t nosquashfs,nocgroup,nsfs,tmpfs,fuse"

My rationale:
The output of df and mount are currently cluttered because of snap mounts. df & 
mount information on snap packages are usually irrelevant for most end-users 
and rather create more confusion.
