This update was broken and intentionally reverted. There should be a
USN update coming soon, and it will be superseded by a newer version,
but it was better to quickly withdraw the update to avoid causing
serious breakage.

This bug should be marked as CRITICAL and be fixed ASAP. It's preventing
automatic security upgrades.
Hopefully this was a mistake by a packager, but investigation should be made in
order to check this isn't a Supply Chain Attack
