0. Show us exactly how you are blacklisting nouveau.
1. Reboot.
2. Try to log in (and fail) when nouveau is blacklisted.
3. Reboot again.
4. Run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
5. Attach the resulting text file here.
6. Follow these instructions to check for crashes:
