If it happens on all or a large number or systems then people should
share the same bug. Or if they have the same hardware (same laptop or
same sound chips). Otherwise people should each log their own bug
because in most cases problems like this are hardware-specific. So I'm
thinking that's 3
I don't think bug title change is correct, this is confirmed to happen
on 3 distinct laptops already in this thread.
