Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:
zstd: error 25 : Write error : No space left on device (cannot write
compressed block)
So generating the initramfs fails because your boot partition is full.
Please cleanup
